Free Antidetect Browsers Compared: Limits and Catches

A free antidetect browser gives you a handful of profiles, not a free workflow. As of November 2026, most free plans cap you at 2 to 10 profiles, one seat and often no automation API. The few that offer hundreds of profiles limit daily launches, concurrent browsers or storage instead.

This guide compares the leading free tiers head to head and shows where each one stops being useful. An antidetect browser gives every profile its own fingerprint (user agent, canvas, WebGL, fonts, timezone, language) so accounts stay separate. Agencies, e-commerce sellers, affiliate marketers, QA testers and researchers use them. Many platforms prohibit running multiple accounts, so check the terms of any site you work with.

How the numbers were gathered: vendors’ own pricing pages could not be opened in this session. Figures come from three third-party comparisons and two vendors’ own blog posts, all listed under Sources. Where they disagree, the table says so. Confirm limits on the vendor’s pricing page before you build a workflow around them.

Free antidetect browser comparison at a glance

Nstbrowser and Kameleo offer the most free profiles, but both limit how many you can actually run. GoLogin, AdsPower and MoreLogin are permanent but tiny. Incogniton is a trial, and Octo Browser has no free plan.

Nstbrowser 500 stored 3 Sources conflict None 10 to 30 launches per day (sources differ)
Kameleo 100 cloud 1 to 3 (sources differ) Yes, 60 requests/min Xreacher reports a 300-minute allowance 2 concurrent browsers; 1 mobile profile at a time
Dolphin {Anty} 5 to 10 (sources differ) 1 Sources conflict None Profile count; no free proxies
Undetectable.io 5 cloud; unlimited local is disputed 1 None reported None Local profiles do not sync; paid plan starts around $49/month per Afina

Figures compiled from Xreacher, SparkProxy, Afina, GoLogin and AdsPower; checked November 2026.

Tool-by-tool: where each free plan stops

Nstbrowser: most profiles, tightest launch cap. You can store 500 profiles and share them across 3 seats. SparkProxy reports 10 launches per day and Afina reports 30. Either way, daily launches set your real capacity, not the 500. Afina’s article also gives conflicting answers on whether the free tier has API access.

Kameleo: best free automation. It offers 100 cloud profiles and a REST API limited to 60 requests per minute. The catch is concurrency: two browsers at once, and only one mobile profile at a time. It suits testing and light automation better than daily multi-account work.

Dolphin {Anty}: popular, small, inconsistent. Sources list 5 or 10 free profiles, so check the current number. Afina puts the cheapest paid plan at $10 per month for 60 profiles and notes a 2022 data breach.

Undetectable.io: the “unlimited” claim needs checking. SparkProxy says free includes unlimited local profiles plus 5 cloud slots. Afina calls “unlimited on Free” a myth, and Xreacher says unlimited local profiles need a paid plan. Local profiles also do not sync, so a lost disk means lost profiles.

GoLogin, AdsPower, MoreLogin: permanent but small.

  • GoLogin gives 3 profiles. Its own article says free includes API and automation support, while Xreacher reports no API.
  • AdsPower gives 2 profiles, with a local API at 120 requests per minute by its own account.
  • MoreLogin gives 2 profiles, 2 team seats and 100 minutes of cloud-phone time.

Use these to evaluate the interface and fingerprint quality, not to run a business.

Incogniton: a trial in disguise. You get 10 profiles for about 2 months, then 3. Plan around the drop.

Open-source and DIY. Donut Browser and AliasMode (a Windows beta) advertise uncapped profiles, according to Xreacher, which ranks AliasMode first. Camoufox and Patchright give unlimited scripted use but no profile manager, cookie vault or UI. You trade money for setup time and your own support.

Not free: Octo Browser has no free plan or trial. Hidemyacc has a 7-day trial. Multilogin offers a paid trial and, according to Afina, requires identity verification.

The catches every free plan shares

Profile count is the visible limit. These are the ones that surprise people later:

  • Launch and concurrency caps. A 500-profile plan with 10 daily launches supports 10 active identities.
  • Missing or throttled API. Free tiers often withhold the local automation API or rate-limit it. Test it before you build profiles by hand.
  • Single seat. Most free plans allow one user on one machine. Team use or a second device means paying.
  • Cloud-only or local-only storage. Cloud profiles live on the vendor’s servers. Local profiles die with your disk unless you back them up.
  • Shared proxy pools. Free bundled proxies are shared, so profiles can end up linked to strangers’ traffic. Ten profiles on one IP also look like one identity to platforms that group sessions by IP.
  • Lagging browser versions. If the browser core trails current stable Chrome, it can itself look anomalous.
  • Trials sold as free. Incogniton, Hidemyacc and Multilogin are time-limited or paid trials. When the trial ends, you either pay or drop to a tiny cap.
  • Disputed numbers. Limits change often, and comparison articles disagree. Nearly every source reviewed here is published by a vendor in the comparison.
  • Vendor background. Afina’s review notes Dolphin {Anty}’s 2022 data breach and AdsPower’s registration in China. Consider this before storing logins in any vendor’s cloud.

Which free antidetect browser fits which job

If you need Start with Why
Test automation or scraping Kameleo Free REST API and 100 cloud profiles
Many stored profiles, few active Nstbrowser 500 stored, 3 seats, but verify the launch cap
A permanent free account to evaluate the interface GoLogin or AdsPower Never expires; 3 and 2 profiles
A small team on the free tier MoreLogin or Nstbrowser 2 and 3 seats
Cloud-phone or mobile workflows MoreLogin or GeeLark Free cloud-phone minutes (100 and 30)
Full control and no profile cap Camoufox, Patchright or Donut Browser Free and uncapped, but you build the workflow yourself
A short trial of a premium tool Incogniton or Hidemyacc 10 profiles for 2 months, or a 7-day trial

How to test a free plan before you commit

  1. Check the API first. If you plan to automate, confirm the local API works on the free tier and note its rate limit.
  2. Count real launches. Open and close profiles for a day and see whether a daily cap appears.
  3. Run a fingerprint checker. Test a fresh profile on tools such as CreepJS, BrowserScan or Pixelscan. Look for mismatches between timezone, language, IP location and user agent.
  4. Compare browser versions. Check that the core is close to current stable Chrome.
  5. Test two profiles on one IP. See whether they share any visible identifiers.
  6. Restart and export. Confirm cookies and logins persist after a restart, and find out whether you can export or back up profiles.
  7. Read the plan’s page yourself. Limits change, so confirm the current numbers on the vendor’s pricing page.

FAQ

Is there a free antidetect browser with unlimited profiles? Open-source options (Donut Browser, Camoufox, Patchright) have no profile cap but little or no management UI. Among commercial tools, claims of unlimited local profiles (such as Undetectable.io’s) are disputed, so verify them.

Are free antidetect browsers safe? The software itself is legal in most places. Risk comes from storing logins in a vendor’s cloud and from using it to break a platform’s terms. Review a vendor’s track record and privacy terms first.

Free plan or free trial: what is the difference? A free plan has no expiry but a small cap. A trial gives more but ends in days or months. Incogniton, Hidemyacc and Multilogin are trials.

Can I use free proxies with them? You can, but shared proxy pools can link your profiles to other users and undo the isolation.
